The 2023 Pre-Hurricane Conference will be a virtual event, mirroring the three previous iterations. In anticipation of the hurricane season which starts on 01 June and ends on 30 November, a couple disaster management agencies will host this conference for industry professionals and stakeholders.
The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies’ Americas Regional Office are the primary organisers of the annual Pre-Hurricane Conference. The conference is held to support preparedness efforts and sensitize partners in the Americas about hurricanes.
